Coexistence with local communities

• We promote the hiring of local talents, and welcome talents who want opportunities by coming back home or by moving into the town.
• We continue sponsoring a local event and donating to a facility in the local community.
• We maintain an AED in our building and keep it available to neighbors too when it is necessary.
• We keep contributing to a local organization for the improvement of environment and development of a culture of the basin of Chikugo river.

Physically and psychologically safe working environment

• We establish the business continuity plan and conduct periodical safety drills in order to secure and protect our business and employees.
• We prohibit all kinds of discrimination and harassment, and properly raise awareness of human rights.
• We encourage our employees to enjoy paid holidays as entitled as possible.
• We regularly monitor the condition in the workplace for maintaining healthy and safe working environment.
• We declared our commitment at "Fukuoka Child-Rearing Supporting Companies" system that we encourage employees to take childcare and family-care leaves as entitled.

Business with care for the environment

• We commit to the sustainable environment by following our environmental policies and action guidelines in the ISO14001 framework.
• We design and develop our products in compliance with the known industrial standards such as JIS and SEMI, and with the applicable CE marking directives.
• We commit to implementing the RBA Code of Conduct, the global standard for the responsible business conduct in global supply chains.
• We enhance our efforts for the waste reduction.

• Based on the ISO14001 certification we obtained in 2005, we continue to act in accordance with our management philosophy, environmental policy, and code of conduct.
