COSMO-RL Series
A dedicated 60ton, 80ton or 120ton clamping force system, for reel-type semiconductor molding.
Supports reel type lead frame of 1 or 2strip.
Suitable for small-signal products such as transistors, diodes, as well as chip cards and smart cards.
For products where side gates cannot be applied, top-gate molding is also available.
Gate cutting and resin cutting after molding are available as options.
Laser cutting and image sensor can be added as options.
Hydraulic plunger absorbs resin volume variation and apply same package pressure without being affected by resin volume variation.
Spring plunger with an optional load cell can control the package pressure.
Splicing tool can be equipped as an option.
