COSMO-Sinter Series

Thermal press sintering system suitable for small to large-volume production.

Clamping force options: 40ton for a single tray or 120ton for dual-tray sintering.

The 120ton model supports up to 4press.

When sintering chips with different thicknesses on a single substrate, the unique individual chip floating mechanism absorbs thickness variations.

By applying experienced molding technology, thickness variations of substrates can be absorbed using hydraulic floating, maintaining appropriate sintering pressure.

Nitrogen purge function ensures oxidation prevention.

Equipped with a cooling unit that prevents product strain by using a temperature monitoring function after sintering.

A fully automatic system for large-volume production or a manual system for development and evaluation can be selected.
